Why is this unit in the DiamondBack Outlet?

This  was ordered incorrectly and sent back.  During return shipping the cover suffered some scratches and blemishes on the hinges and underside of the cover.  This doesn't affect the overall function of the cover.  

All DiamondBack Outlet items carry the same lifetime warranty as regular DiamondBack items.
